Since Vivian's dad was the leader of the pack, they have to find a new one. Vivian meets a human boy of which she really likes. Then everything changes and Vivian is flipped upside down and sent spinning through a whirlpool of emotions.

     This book was really good! I was skeptical at first, but I really liked it. It gets a 4 out of 5

As Kate, her mother, and Ashley look for Ashley's bunny, Ashley walks onto the frozen lake. The ice cracks, she falls in, and doesn't come back up. Now years later, Trent and Robyn are both divorced and Kate is seventeen. Adrian has remarried and now has a seven-year-old son named Patrick. Kate comes back to Mason's Choice as Patrick's tutor but realizes that Ashley's unsolved death is causing problems now.


     This is the best book ever!! It gets a 5 out of 5!!

     LOVED THIS BOOK!! It gets an automatic 5 out of 5. I love Elizabeth Chandler and her scary books.

When Evie's reality is twisted with images of Lady Agnes's ghost, it is a struggle more than ever to figure out what happened to Lady Agnes and how Evie is related to it all.

     I give this book an absolute 5 out of 5. IT WAS AMAZING!!!

The Last Battle

     Eustace and Polly return to Narnia to find that an ape named Shift has persuaded a donkey to wear a lion skin and call himself Aslan. With the help of the current king, King Tirian, they find out that all of the Narnian animals are getting sent away to work for the Calormenes. They have to work together to convince the world the real Aslan will come, but he is not here yet. They have to save the world before it's distroyed.

     This was my second favorite in the Narnia series. I give it a 5 out of 5. * * * * *

     Eustace and his friend Polly magically ended up in Narnia after running through a door. They find King Caspian very old and his only son, Prince Rilian has been missing for ten years. They go to the land of the friendly giants, then find their way to an underground world ruled my an evil queen and a cursed knight. There they find the lost Prince, but can they find their way back?

The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

The 5th Book in the Chronicle of Narnia Series

     Lucy and Edmund visit their cousin Eustace when they all are sucked into a painting of a boat. They land on a Narnian boat called the Dawn Treader. Prince Caspian, who is now King Caspian, is on the boat too. Caspian is searching for the seven men his uncle sent away who never returned. As they travel, they came across many mysterious islands and find they have to visit the end of the world.


     This is my favorite Narnia book so far. I gets a 5 out of 5 * * * * *

The Telmarines have invaded and now rule Narnia witha cruel leader. The Narnians themselves have become almost extinct. The only Telmarine on the side of the Narnians is Prince Caspian. He is in direct line for the throne but his father died before he was old enough to take it. His uncle took the throne and tried to kill Caspian so his own son can have the throne. With the help of Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy, Caspian fights for his throne.

The Horse and His Boy

The 3rd Book in the Chronicles of Narnia Series

     Shasta was found a baby and raised by a cruel Calormene fisherman. When a man comes and tries to buy Shasta, he runs to hide in the stables. He realizes that the man's horse was a talking horse from Narnia and that Shasta is also from Narnia. They come up with a plan to get back to Narnia. Along the way they come across another horse from Narnia and a girl named Aravis who was born into a wealthy family and is running away from a betrothal. THey come across some unexpected challenges and find family.

     This was a good book. I give it a 4 out of 5 * * * *

The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe

The 2nd book in the Chronicles of Narnia Series

     Lucy is open-minded. While playing hide and seek with her three older siblings, she slips into a wardrobe and winds up in another world. She meets a faun named Tomnus who becomes one of her good friends. He tells her that she is in a world called Narnia and that the it is cursed by an evil witch that rules the land. It is said to be winter forever. When she tells her siblings about it, they think she is lying. Then they all fall into the wardrobe. They realize that they have to end this terrible curse and do away with the evil witch that caused it.

     This book was okay. I give it a 3 out of 5 * * *

The Magician's Nephew

The 1st book in the Chronicles of Narnia Series

    While climbing through tunnels connecting their houses, Digory and Polly wind up in Digory's Uncle Andrew's office. Polly is given a ring from Uncle Andrew and is sent to another world. Digory is forced to follow her and help her home. They two children find the woods between worlds. If they jump into a pool of water, they go to another world. While experimenting with this, they find a land and awaken an evil witch. The children try to leave the witch at the woods between worlds but they all end up in an world of darkness. Slowly the sun rises and a lion starts singing, as he sings, the world comes to life. Digory has to take a journey to save this new land from the evil witch.

     I loved this book, it gets a 4 out of 5 * * * *

And that's where the story of war, dictatorship, and most of all love, begins.

I absolutely loved this book!!!! I couldn't put it down! It gets an 6 out of 5 * * * * * *!!

Savvy

Weedflower

     Sumiko was a farm girl who happily lived with her aunt, uncle, little brother and two cousins. She always helped her family on their farm in California. She was the only Japanese girl in her entire school. She barely had any friends and even if she did she was too busy to play with them. Then World War II broke out. Sumiko and her family were anxious. If the Japanese attacked, it would end badly for the Japanese-Americans. Then there was the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Officers came and took Sumiko's uncle and grandfather to a camp in North Dakota. Slowly, all the Japanese families were evacuated from California. With the rest of her family, Sumiko was sent to a temporary home at a race track, then on to a camp in Arizona. There Sumiko meets an unexpected friend and learns a thing or two about life.


     This book was amazing! I love Kadohata's work! She is amazing! This book gets a 5 out of 5 * * * * *

His name is Adam and he an ecstatic, fun-loving man that wants nothing more than to have a friend and repeat I Love Lucy lines. He had a special way of taking everything normal and flipping it upside down. After that summer, Hattie will be changed forever.


     This book was very good at the end but it kind of dragged in the beginning. I give it a 3 out of 5 * * *

Shadow

Shadow thought nothing of it but when she awoke the next morning, Queen Audrey was dead. Her death started riots and uproars of whom will lead their kingdom. The only other heir was a man named Fryen. Though Eldred, the queen's advisor, thought differently.
     While spying on Fryen and Eldred, Shadow and Sir Kenway see Eldred be murdered by the man that was soon to rule the kingdom. Sir Kenway takes Shadow out of the kingdom up to a village and to an old witch, named Kendra. There Shadow finds her true identity and about the mother she never knew.

Code Orange

     Mitty was an average high schooler in New York City. As usual he hated school. His science teacher assigns a project on infectious diseases and Mitty chooses small pox. He looks through his mother's library and finds books about small pox epedemics. In one of the books was an envelope containing small poxs scabs. After picking them up and examining them closly, he puts them back. After doing more research he learns he might have just infected himself with small pox. Read about the dangers of Mitty's adventure with what started out as a science project.

     I am in love with Caroline B. Cooney's work. She is amazing.

Now Jared wonders if this kind and thoughful refugee idea could put his family in danger.

Ten Things I Hate About Me

Jamilah lives a normal life in a Lebanese-Muslim family with brunette hair and brown eyes. At high school she is known as Jamie, a normal pure Austrailian with blonde hair and blue eyes, with the assistance of hair dye and contact lenses. She attends a religous school on the weekends and is in their band. When her band gets a chance to play at her tenth grade formal, she has to decide between revealing her secret or disappointing her friends.

     This book gets a 3 out of 5 * * *
It was good but the drama was, well drama. Nothing majorly exciting or heartbreaking.

She had a dream about a doll house and woke up in an old room that had the doll house in it, even though she has never seen the doll house before. Then things start moving. Grandmother's bible, a painting of a mill, and an old clock were moved. Megan started to investigate with the help from her new friend Sophie. She talks to Mrs. Riley, who used to work for her grandmother when they were Megan's age. Mrs. Riley was the servant for her grandmother and her grandmother's sister Avril who died a misterious death at 16. Mrs. Riley says the objects that went missing were being moved back to their original place when Avril was alive.

     This book scared me silly but I couldn't put it down.

When he starts dating the cheerleader, Faith, Jessica is everything but happy about it. Jessica wants to complete the treaty so a war won't break out. Lucius refuses and his recklessness has brought on terrible problems.

     I loved this book like the sun after the big snow.

Too bad Dyllin is getting married very soon. Read this book and discover the chaos in an average job with a not so average twist.

Red fledglings are no longer evil and after Zoey and her friends leave the House of Night she is stuck living in a basement with them. That's not a bad thing though, Stevie Rae made sure the place was decorated and nice. Then Stark comes into picture. If Zoey doesn't have enough problems with her vampyre boyfriend Erik to her human concort, Heath, then she agrees to have Stark be her warrior. Read this incredible series and you won't regret it.

She watched him as he turned human and she drove him to the hospital. His name was Sam and he was a werewolf. Jack wasn't dead, he is a werewolf too. Only he is on the rampage. Sam starts living with Grace, he has to stay inside so he doesn't turn into a wolf. Sam and Jack want to be human but people start to get suspicious and everything goes south, someone doesn't survive the trip.

     I could not put this book down, I give it a 5 out of 5 * * * * *

     Phoebe is an average girl. Execpt that she is the granddaughter of Nike the goddess of victory. She goes to a school on a secret island in Greece that is protected by the gods. Because she is Nike's granddaughter her powers are stronger than most peoples. She is sent to goddess boot camp for training. That's not a major problem except for the fact that it's for ten year olds. To top that off she has to train for a cross-country tornament. Between studying and training Pheobe's world is chaotic.

That's a big deal when it comes to education. To make things worse her step-dad is the principal of the school. Check out this book to see the unpredictible life of Pheobe Castro.

She said Tris pushed the brake and let the car roll. After loosing both their parents, Jack's sisters, Smithy and Madison, leave the house. Jack is stuck taking care of Tris while Aunt Cheryl watches television. Jack doesn't think Tris killed his father. When he finds his dad's phone he realizes Tris is innocent. Tris took pictures of his father's death while it was happening.

The Garden of Eve

They find a portal to another world of which everything is colorful but there are no people. When Alex decides to stay, Evie has no choice but to leave. When Evie realizes the other world is draining life from the real world, she has to go get Alex and destroy the other world.

Three Willows

     Three Willows is about three friends who, during their summer vacation, go on seperate adventures. Their friendship starts to fall apart when they rarely see each other. Jo, who is at her beach house, finds out her parents are getting a divorce. Polly comes down to try to comfort her but realizes that Jo is doing fine. Polly accidentally overhears Jo tell one of her co-workers that she wants Polly to leave the beach. Polly then leaves and heads off to a modeling camp just like her grandmother. Ama, who is extremely smart, signs up for a high school credit class. She winds up going on a week long wilderness camp. When Ama wakes up late and realizes her fellow campers have left, she tries to find them. By nightfall, she ends up at a ranger station. Her parents want her to come home imediately. Even though Ama wants to leave, she thnks it would be good to stay. Polly, Jo, and Ama find that they need each other more than ever. When they finally all get to see each other they go to the place where their friendship lies. In the woods, where they planted three willow trees when they were in first grade. Now the trees have grown and their branches intertwined, just as their lives always will be.

    This book continues the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants with different characters. I would read that series before reading this book.
