Artemis Fowl

By: Eion Colfer

This book is about a 12-year-old boy, named Artemis. His family is extremely rich. Artemis is not an average child though, he is a super genius. He has a fascination with fairies and wants to get all the money they have. He wants to kidnap a leprechaun. LEPrechon, the official name for a leprechaun, officer Holly Short managed to get tangled in this mess and captured. Now every LEP officer is trying to rescue her.
This book is for everyone who likes challenging books. The vocabulary is extremely large. This book is good though, I read a wide variety. This book is part of a series if you like it and want to read more

I give this book a 2 out of 5. * *

Vampire Kisses 5: The Coffin Club

By Ellen Schreiber

I definatly enjoyed reading this book. It's about a girl named Raven that's extremely Goth and has a vampire boyfriend named Alexander.  Alexander has to go away from his and Raven's city, which they call Dullsville, to return Valentine, a young vampire, to his older brother Jagger.  Jagger, and his twin sister Luna, are enemies of Alexander, but he only took Valentine to them because he was threatening to hurt Raven's younger brother, Billy.  In order to return Valentine, Alexander must travel to Hipsterville.  Raven becomes impatient and follows after him, telling her parents she's going to stay with her aunt.  While there she comes across a club, the Coffin Club.  She thinks it's a club for Goth kids but finds out some of those Goth kids have fangs.
This book is probably my favorite book in the series, but you have to read the first four books first.

This book gets 5 out of 5 stars. * * * * *

P.S. This series also has a 6th book, Royal Blood, of which I sadly can't get my hands on long enough to read.

Vampire Kisses 4: Dance with a Vampire

By Ellen Schreiber

This book is about a goth girl named Raven and her vampire boyfriend, Alexander.  When a young vampire named Valentine, the younger sibling of Alexander's enemy comes into town, everything goes south.  Then, just to make things worse, Valentine becomes best friends with Raven's younger brother.  Threatening everyone's lives, 11-year-old Valentine, is everyone's worst nightmare.
I loved this book, but it makes more sense if you read the other three books/the beginning book first.  This book is for everyone who loves vampires and romance.

This book gets 3 out of 5 stars. * * *
